my first trip to the park

just getting ready for the big slide at the beach.

this year that mean kid at the pool won't be asking me, "what are you lookin' at?" 'cuz i'll be racing him to the finish!

here i am on the way home--after mom accidentally threw me out of the stroller. i got to eat a twix. it made me feel better.

cooking with owen

here's how i make a salad. it's best with lots of croutons, garbanzo beans, and cheese. simply toss and, voila, salad a la owen.

here, you can see how you have to add the flour gradually when making banana bread. and, did you ever try it with cream cheese? it's yummy.

be very careful when you take the dish out of the oven. use your mitt so you don't burn your hands! if it's too hot, just cool it off with a little blow.

next time we will be making pancakes. don't forget to tune in.

my yard was a mmmess after the flood! how to clean up? more water, of course. hey, somebody's gotta do the chores around here.

went to the pool one last time and had lots of fun with this "noon-el" there.

dad and uncle benno braved the cold water with me while mom and nana watched from the side of the pool. anyway, blowing water through the noonel is more of a boy thing. happy labor day.
