it was fun at the farm, grammy and granddaddy. i'm glad i got to come visit you.

it was hot, but we still had fun. the gnats weren't too bad. i like this picture, even though my dad has a chain shadow on his face.

my granddaddy likes to fish. here i am helping out with my net. i was gonna help uncle jimbo catch a carp with it, but the fish got away. 

my uncle jimbo caught this lunker. it's a big bass. did you know that fish go blub, blub? uncle jimbo is good at fishing.

i am good at driving the clay's car. i helped my mom turn the steering wheel. i liked going over the bumps.

this is jack. he likes to play fetch. he can swim far to fetch the ball. it's funny to watch.

my dad tried to fish, but he didn't catch anything. he had a white worm on his line, and he showed me how to reel it in.

family fun

i had so much fun with nana and papa when they came to visit. we played in the yard and blew up my new pool and went for walks and to la cocina and to aunt heather and uncle rob's, and we saw uncle jim and aunt sherry too! we were busy bees.

i had so much fun at the beach with everybody!

there were lots of shells to pick up and put in my bucket...

and we went for walks and watched the sunset...

and after a couple of days i even liked swimming!

it was a great way to start the summer.

time flies...

 i've been real busy, and my mom lost the camera card reader, so we haven't posted in a while. here's what i've been up to since spring break.

this was on the day that we washed mom's car for the first time since the drought. luckily our neighbors didn't turn us in, since we still aren't allowed to wash cars here in acworth. i'm no lawbreaker...it was the first time we washed the car in over a year!

this is my car. my babysitter, miss debbie, gave it to me. i like it when my dad pushes me up the driveway and how i roll back down. we made a lot of trips around the neighborhood in my car this spring. it was fun.

here i am in my highchair after dinner. most nights i eat dinner with my mom and dad at 5:30. i can eat two slices of papa john's pizza all by myself, and i can spit a chick pea across the table! i love pasta and anything i can dip in sauce. i am not a big meat eater. i love carbs. i get that from my mom.

here's what we do when my mom has papers to grade. i love messing up mom's papers and playing with her pens and pencils. she doesn't get many graded when i'm awake.

anyway, summer is finally here. now my mom and dad can play with me every day. we are going to go swimming and play in the park and maybe even go to the zoo. happy summer everybody!
