4-wheelin'

i had so much fun riding the 4-wheeler with daddy...

by the time i got to ride in the rhino with grammy, i was fast asleep! fresh air in the country was a good way to end the summer.

ellie and i were livin' it up at the club today. we had a lunch date by the pool--grilled cheese and fries. then we went swimming in the big pool. ellie is a good swimmer! she can go under the water like a fish. we sure have grown since the last time my mom took our picture together!

post 101: my new ride

the tour just started. dad and i are ready to hit the trail. do they make a cup and snack holder for this thing? where am i supposed to put my cookies? you can wait for the feed zone, dad, but i can't.

what we do all day

what, you may ask, do we do all day in the summertime? well, mostly my mom comes up with projects for my dad to do. here you can see we are clearing out some trees. dad and granddaddy are going to put together a swingset for me, and we need a place to put it. i am a big helper. if only dad would let me move the big logs...

grandma and me

i had fun playing with my grandma while my mom and dad went on their first real date since i was born. we had so much fun...and i got to stay up until 9:30! here i am at 9:00. do i look tired to you?

anniversary and a haircut

today was my mom and dad's 9th anniversary. to celebrate the special day, my mom decided it was time i finally got a haircut. 

as you can see, my hair was getting a little unruly. and since my uncle jimbo could cut off his unruly hair, my mom decided i could too.

i got to eat cookies and play with my mom's makeup brushes while my mom cut my hair.
